In short: Tapwise does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address or home address. The places you search and the reports you unlock are stored on your device. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, and we never see your card details.
Who we are
Tapwise (the “App”) is published by AIR DISTRIBUTION LLC, 2105 Vista Oeste NW Ste E1254, Albuquerque, NM 87120-3693, United States (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@trytapwise.com.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, street address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Information stored on your device
When you search a ZIP code or city, the App uses it to show the water supplier and records for that area. The ZIP codes of reports you unlock are saved on your device so you can open them again. This information stays on your device and is removed if you delete the App.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we do not receive your payment card or billing details.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The App does not show ads, does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for any permission required by law or by the app store.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and keep it only as long as needed to do so.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
Because we do not hold an account or profile about you, there is generally no personal information on our side to access or delete. You can remove the information stored on your device by deleting the App. For any privacy request, including requests under state privacy laws such as California’s, contact us at the email above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the App.
